First, never lay your lenses down on any surface as this will cause scrathches. Second, sweat, sunscreen, make up and hairspray can ruin lens coatings and cause them to spot an peel if left on the lens for even a short period of time. Gently rinse your lens off with lukewater to remove the residue. Dry with your micro bag/cleaning cloth.
If you use your glasses, your lenses are bound to get dirty. Only use the micro bag/cleaning cloth received with your eyewear for lens cleaning and storage purposes. Avoid wiping your lenses with your shirt, a towel or such as this will gradually scratch the topcoat of the lens. Wiping off a completely dry lens will eventually cause scratches, so make sure to rinse them under water first to remove surface dust and dry with your micro bag/cleaning cloth. Never use solvents, chemicals or “cleaning kits” as they can damage your lens. Remember to hand-wash and air dry your micro bag as well on a regular basis.
All Henrik Stenson Eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase. Henrik Stenson Eyewear does not warranty against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of Henrik Stenson Eyewear lenses will void your warranty. Our two year warranty covers, for example:
- Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
- Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
- Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Clear miscoloring on the frame or temple
Our two year warranty does not cover, for example:
- Normal wear and tear (example scratches or pit marks on lenses)
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hairspray, perfume, alcohol etc…)
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss of eyewear

Henrik Stenson Eyewear ships to all Countries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout, if your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our Customer Services team (at firstname.lastname@example.org) for further information on how to ship your order.
Shipping cost will be calculated individually when you check out.
Delivery times can vary but with extensive tracking information provided by our courier partners, you will be able to monitor the progress of your parcel, tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 4pm GMT on a working day (Monday – Thursday), will be processed and shipped the next day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock.
Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be viewed as placed on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please send your order back with your preferred courier to the address below. You will need to pay for the return of any items back to us and it would be advisable for you to send this back via a tracked delivery option in case we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.
Please note: Returning items are the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Henrik Stenson Eyewear. All items must be returned with the micro bag/cleaning cloth and all tags attached as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product maybe refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase. If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can either call for us to take further payment or advise us to rebill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
You have 21 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us of such fault but we will deal with any fault thereafter on a case by case basis.

Henrik Stenson Eyewear is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Duties for customers residing outside of Sweden will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by our shipping partner and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged duty on any replacement items.
If orders are refused by customers at the point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to Henrik Stenson Eyewear for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible, and it will be deducted from their credit.
